27 June 2007 – Gwinnett County, Georgia. FortuneSport Vehicle Engineering Systems today announced the company has changed its official formation from a sole
proprietorship to a limited liability company. This move was intended to help FortuneSport attract investment capital for the development of its Rt.S street vehicle.
